Mat Pilates is our signature pilates class that fuses classic Stott pilates with contemporary fitness to strengthen the core, tone the body, improve flexibility and balance, and deepen your mind-body awareness.

BARRE-LATES
Barre-Lates offers the best of both worlds: half the class at the barre, half on the mat. The barre portion focuses on toning and sculpting the legs with targeted, low-impact movements. The pilates portion focuses on strengthening the core, improving alignment and posture, and deepening mind-body awareness.

POWER BARRE
Power Barre is a high-energy, fast-paced class that blends classic barre exercises with weights, resistance bands, and cardio bursts. The class finishes with 5 minutes of core work on the mat, delivering a full-body challenge that boosts endurance.

ADVANCED PILATES
This class elevates Mat Pilates to the next level by blending classic Stott Pilates with contemporary fitness, focusing on core strength and correct technique. Expect familiar Mat Pilates exercises alongside more challenging moves that demand greater coordination, flexibility, and core endurance. For those wanting more challenge in Mat Pilates, this class is the perfect step up.

POWER BARRE-LATES
Power Barre and Mat Pilates combined — but leveled up! This class splits time between the barre and the mat. The barre portion delivers a high-energy workout, blending classic barre moves with weights, resistance bands, and cardio bursts. The pilates portion focuses on core work, planks, and full-body toning, moving at a faster pace than regular Mat Pilates.

TONED ARMS & ABS
Toned Arms & Abs is a quick but challenging 30 minute workout focused entirely on the core, arms, and shoulders. This class combines body weight pilates exercises with resistance bands, toning balls, dumbbells, and other props to build strength and tone the arms and abs.

TONED BOTTOM
Toned Bottom is a quick but challenging 30 minute workout focused entirely on the bottom half: hips, glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves. This class combines body weight pilates exercises with resistance bands, toning balls, dumbbells, and other props to build strength and tone the bottom.

HIIT PILATES
Challenge your strength and endurance in HIIT Pilates (high intensity interval training). Expect a fast-paced workout with short bursts of cardio and familiar pilates exercises. This class can be modified or intensified to match your pace. Leave feeling strong, balanced, and energized.

BARRE STRETCH
Sculpt the legs and build muscle endurance with challenging sequences at the barre. Then release tension and improve flexibility by holding deep stretches in the second half of class.

GENTLE PILATES
Gentle Pilates is ideal for those who prefer a slower-paced Mat Pilates workout, or are learning the foundational pilates exercises. Build core strength, improve posture, alignment, and balance, and cultivate mind-body connection. Regardless of fitness level or experience, everyone is welcome to join this gentle, mindful class.

PILATES SCULPT
Sculpt the body from head to toe in this high-energy pilates class, incorporating wrist and/or ankle weights and dumbbells. Weighted movements tone the muscles while keeping the heart rate elevated for a challenging full-body workout.

REFORMER BOARD PILATES
The reformer board is a simpler version of the pilates reformer machine. Reformer Board Pilates amplifies a regular mat pilates workout, adding more core strength, coordination, and cardio to each move. Class follows a similar sequence each time.

YOGA-LATES
A fusion of yoga and pilates, Yoga-Lates blends the core strength, muscle toning, and alignment cues of pilates with the flexibility, balance, and mindfulness of yoga. Class ends in savasana.

LATE NIGHT MASHUP
Late Night Mashup has it all: pumped-up cardio, barre, pilates, yoga and stretching. End in savasana with chilled towels.

Flow through a gentle, all-levels yoga class featuring light movement, traditional poses, and mindful stretching in a calm, soothing atmosphere.

YIN YOGA
End your night with relaxation and tranquility. This class blends slow, deep stretches and restorative postures with gentle meditation. The studio is dimly lit and may be softly warmed to create a cozy atmosphere, allowing the body to fully unwind. Class ends in savasana with a relaxing, guided body scan and aromatherapy.

Why work out in the heat?
Doing exercise in the heat helps to warm up the muscles faster, increases flexibility, and challenges your heart and lungs, making the workout more intense. Sweating improves circulation, cleanses the body of toxins, and nourishes the skin. Our studio is heated to 80-85 degrees for the hot/warm classes.
