Booking: Pre-registration is required for all classes; walk-ins are not permitted. All class bookings, cancelations, and payments must be made through the Mindbody app or Glow Fitness app. You can book a class up to 14 days in advance. Class registration closes 30 minutes prior to class start time.

Payment: All payments must be made through the Mindbody app or Glow Fitness app using a credit/debit card. Credit card information is required to book. No cash payments or personal checks are accepted. No cash is kept on the premises. Apple Pay/Tap-to-Pay is not accepted.

Waitlists: If a class is full, you may join the Waitlist on the Mindbody /Glow Fitness app. If someone cancels, their spot will be given to the first person on the waitlist, and so on.

If you are added from the waitlist into the class, you will receive an email notification and it will also say “Booked” in the app. You can be added to the class up to one hour before class start time. It is your responsibility to check for the notification. If you would no longer like to be on the waitlist, please remove yourself as soon as possible. If you are added from the waitlist, and you cancel late or do not show up, you will be charged a Late Cancelation /No Show fee.

The On-Time Policy is strictly enforced. You must arrive five to ten minutes before the start of class in order to check in, put away your personal items, etc.  The studio door will be locked promptly at the start of class and you will not be able to enter once class has started. If you do not arrive on time, you will be charged a No Show fee.

If you are new to the studio, please arrive 10 minutes before class in order to check in, purchase grip socks, sign waivers, etc.

Cancelation Window: 15 hours

Studio space is limited and the cancelation policy is firm. If you cannot attend class, please cancel on the Mindbody / Glow Fitness app. 

By booking services at Glow Fitness, you agree to the cancelation policy and acknowledge that there are no exceptions to this policy. The policy is as follows:

• Cancelations must be made at least 15 hours before the class start time. You must  cancel on the Mindbody / Glow Fitness app. Cancelations via text message, email, or social media are not accepted.

• Cancelations made within the 15 hour window of the class start time will result in a Late Cancel Fee of $15.00 + tax charged to your card on file. 

• If you do not cancel on the Mindbody / Glow Fitness app and do not show up to class ON TIME, a No Show fee of $20.00 + tax will be charged to your card on file.

• Failure to make payment will result in a suspension on your account. We reserve the right to suspend your booking privileges until the balance on your account is paid in full.

• This policy applies to ALL clients, regardless of which pricing option you have.

Grip socks are required for all classes except yoga. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio if you do not bring your own. Please remove your shoes as you enter the studio.

What to bring to class: Water & grip socks. Mats are provided for all pilates and barre classes, but you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat to the yoga classes.

Single Drop-in Class: 1 month expiration

5-Class Pack: 2 month expiration

10-Class Pack: 3 month expiration

20-Class Pack: 4 month expiration

Expiration dates are firm. Unused classes will not be saved.

In order to attend classes or events at Glow Fitness, you are required to sign a photo/video consent form on Mindbody, which allows us to use occasional snapshots or videos from class for the purpose of marketing and on our website and social media.
