Bouquet Barre

Flowers meet fitness in this fun Saturday morning class! Energize, strengthen, and tone the body in an all-levels barre and mat pilates workout. Then head to our flower bar to design your own custom bouquet to take home.

Join us for a peaceful morning at Two Meadow Farm (just 4 minutes from Glow Fitness) for an outdoor yoga flow. This all-levels yoga session invites you to slow down, stretch, and enjoy the fresh air. After class, enjoy tea and light refreshments while connecting with others at the farm. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this is the perfect way to unwind and recharge.

Please note this event is RAIN OR SHINE

*Please bring your own yoga mat and dress appropriately for the weather. In the case of rain, we will be under a barn roof

We turned Glow Fitness into a mini rave with a heart-pumping barre workout, black lights, EDM music, glow sticks, and fresh-pressed juice shots! If you missed this one, catch our next glow-in-the-dark event at Halloween time.

BRING YOUR BOYFRIEND TO THE BARRE 2/10/23

With six couples in the studio , we gave the men a run for their money with barre-less barre, a plié contest, arm toning, and pilates on the mat. My hope is that your significant other has a new appreciation for what you do when you come to barre and pilates class! Happy Valentines Day weekend.

Thank you to Valor Wines, North Haven’s first micro-winery, for hosting us for our Pinot & Pilates event! We held pilates class outside in their beautiful setting and then headed inside to enjoy their handcrafted wine and cider. Such a fun event and we can’t wait to do it again!

BARRE & BREWS 11/13/21

We worked hard for our beer at this event! This barre-less barre class had us sweating in The Beeracks garage, then heading over to the tap room for a complimentary beer from Hoax Brewing Company . Thanks to all who came out, worked out, and “cheers-ed” at the end!

Halloween Glow-in-the-Dark Barre 10/29/21

We had a full house in our Halloween Glow-in-the-Dark Barre event! We started Halloweekend off with a workout under the blacklights, a Halloween remix playlist, and of course, plenty of glow sticks. Can’t wait to do it again next year!

We enjoyed the fresh air and sunshine during our free community pilates class on the North Haven Town Green. Thanks to all who attended!
