June 1st: Pinot & Pilates

Strengthen the core, align and tone the body, and then enjoy a glass of small batch, handcrafted wine or cider! North Haven’s first micro winery, Valor Wines, will host us for our fifth round of Pinot & Pilates. Event ticket purchase includes 45 minute pilates class and one glass of wine or cider.

All levels welcome! Please note this event is held at the winery, not at the studio. Please bring a yoga/pilates mat with you. Event will be held outdoors if the weather is nice, or inside the winery in the case of rain.

Early Bird Price: $30 through May 15th

Regular Price: $35 beginning May 16th

With the Unlimited Monthly Membership, you get unlimited classes and a 10% discount on all GLOW FITNESS brand apparel. If you take three classes per week or more, this deal is for you. $150 per month with autopay.
