Upcoming Events: September

Parada Coffee Co will be with us on Saturday September 20th! Their coffee cart will be set up right outside the studio so that you can purchase drinks before or after class. Come a little earlier or stay a little later :)  

Strengthen the core, tone the body, and then enjoy a glass of small-batch wine or cider! North Haven’s first micro winery, Valor Wines, will host us for our semi-annual Pinot & Pilates event. Event ticket purchase includes 45 minute pilates class and one glass of wine or hard cider.
All levels welcome! Please note this event is held at the winery, not at the studio. Please bring a yoga/pilates mat with you. Grip socks optional. Event will be held outdoors if the weather is nice, or inside the winery in the case of rain.

October Event:

Trivia Night at the Studio

Our first ever in-house trivia night! Hang out at the studio on Friday 10/17 for trivia, bingo, and refreshments.

Our first game (individual) will be Glow Fitness themed Bingo. The second game (teams) will be Glow Fitness and general pilates-themed trivia. Prizes for winning teams! Water bottles and light snacks will be provided.

Please plan to stay the entirety of the event. Can’t wait to see you there!
